Andrew Lamar
Andrew has over 10 years of experience working with businesses to establish and maintain their employee benefits. 

Andrew is known for creatively designing benefit packages while implementing long-term strategies addressing rising cost during renewal. He uses wellness programs, TPA's, and onsite health care education strategies to address risk such as employee turnover, low employee morale, and worker comp claims while offering a rich and comprehensive benefit package. 

Andrew resides in Union, Kentucky. He is an avid golfer and often found spending time with family.
Allyson Garth
Allyson brings a unique blend of administrative prowess, a passion for music, and a love for literature to her role as an Executive Administrator. With a solid foundation built through years of dedicated customer service, Allyson understands the importance of attention to detail and fostering positive relationships.

Her journey began in the world of customer service, where she honed her communication skills and developed a deep empathy for understanding and meeting the needs of others. Transitioning into the realm of administration, Allyson’s commitment to efficiency and organization became apparent as she seamlessly managed complex tasks and supported executive teams with grace and precision.

Beyond the office, Allyson’s creative spirit shines through her love for music. Whether she's strumming her guitar or composing melodies on her piano, music serves as both a source of relaxation and inspiration in her life. Allyson also finds solace in the pages of a good book, where she explores new worlds and perspectives, enriching her understanding of the human experience.

At home, Allyson is accompanied by her feline companions, whom she adores with unwavering affection. As a dedicated cat lover, she finds joy in their playful antics and the comfort they bring to her everyday life.
